Dr. Md. Mohib Ullah is an accomplished Associate Professor in the Department of English Language and Literature at the International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC), Bangladesh. His distinguished academic and professional profile is characterised by prestigious international scholarships, research excellence, educational leadership, extensive teacher training, and sustained contributions to English language education.

Dr. Ullah is the recipient of prestigious international scholarships and professional exchange opportunities. He was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship under the Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant Program and served at the University of Georgia, USA, during the 2012–2013 academic year. His outstanding academic and professional performance during the programme earned him an Award of Excellence Certificate from his Fulbright supervisor. He is also an alumnus of the International Visitor Leadership Program, the U.S. Department of State's premier professional exchange programme. His IVLP project, entitled Integrating Technology and Inquiry-Based Methods in the Classroom, strengthened his expertise in technology-enhanced education, inquiry-based pedagogy, and innovative classroom practices.

In recognition of his outstanding scholarly achievements, he received the Research Excellence Award as the Best Researcher of 2024 from IIUC. Dr. Ullah has also established himself as an influential educational leader. He currently serves as the General Secretary of the Bangladesh English Language Teachers Association and as the Founding Chair of the BELTA Chittagong South Chapter. In these roles, he contributes to teacher networking, professional development, academic collaboration, and the advancement of English language education. He is also the Founder and President of Global Aid for Sustainable Development, a voluntary initiative of U.S. Exchange Alumni dedicated to educational outreach, professional development, and sustainable community engagement.

He has facilitated training in more than 40 teacher education, leadership, and professional development programmes in Bangladesh and abroad.
