Mr. A B M Nurul ABSAR is currently pursuing his M.Phil. in International Relations at the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh, where he earned a B.A. (Honours) and an M.A. in Islamic History and Culture with the first position (according to merit) in the department.

Now He is serving as an assistant professor of Islamic history and culture at International Islamic University Chittagong. He has presented scholarly papers at international conferences in Bangladesh, Thailand, Malaysia, Pakistan, and Turkey, and his work has been published in three international refereed and indexed journals.

Mr. Absar focuses his academic efforts on the study of political and social history. He also has an interest in Islamic social finance.
