Application forms can be obtained directly (during the office hours) from the Academic Affairs Division by paying Tk. 350/- or by post, by sending Tk 370/- in bank draft payable to International Islamic University Chittagong and sending a self addressed envelop. It can also be downloaded from the website free of cost. However in this case an amount of Tk. 350/- has to be paid in cash or PO/DD at the time of submitting the form.

Application forms have to be submitted along with certified copies of academic certificates and transcripts / marks sheets or other academic records to the Academic Affairs Division by the end of June for enrollment in Autumn Semester and by the end of November for enrollment in Spring Semester.
